Did you know your Spiritual Healing & Wellness refers to how you feel about yourself, your life and how you see yourself interacting with the world around you. Our Spiritual Wellness is as important as our Emotional, Physical and Mental Well being.
When one of these is out of balance it can throw us off course, we can become sick and unwell. I invite you to take part in our classes and see how to improve how you feel about your self, connect with others and improve your attitude, thoughts and actions.

Educational:
- Reiki: This is your chance to earn your Reiki Level 1 and 2! Do other people drain your energy? Are you affected by the emotions of others? Learn Reiki Level 1 & 2 on a weekly basis, Thursdays 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.. In person, Orillia, Ontario
- Monday's Meditation & Mindfulness Class: Learn through guided meditation and mindfulness. Strategies to cope with Anxiety, Depression, Stress and set boundaries to keep your Mental Health in balance. You will experience & learn practical tools.
Holistic Healing Workshops & Classes
- Monday: Meditation & Mindfulness Classes: Learn through guided meditation and mindfulness techniques, develop positive self talk and strategies for staying in a healthy mindset. Mondays, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, Intuitive & Mediumship Development Classes: Raise your vibration, confidence and trust in your own instincts, Tuesdays, 8:00 to 9:30, All levels, April 30th!
